Ceremony Music:

Your ceremony is probably the most special part of your day as this is where you formally make a lifelong commitment to your partner in front of all your friends and family. This is why the music you choose is so important as it will set the tone and atmosphere for your big day. There's a wide range of ceremony formats these days which means couples have a great choice of what they want for their most special part of the day. So whether it's a church ceremony, spiritual ceremony, humanist or civil I'd be delighted to provide the music for you! I sing and provide my own guitar accompaniment for your ceremony but if there's a particular song that has a lot of piano, strings or brass I can also provide the option of singing to a backing track. The song choices I have in my repertoire/ceremony-repertoire are suitable for most ceremonies although if you're having a religious ceremony you'll need to consult with the priest to check if the popular music choices are allowed. I have the full layout of a church ceremony including song suggestions for each section on a drop down link here if you want to check it out /church-ceremony-music. If you need help in choosing your music for your ceremony don't hesitate to get in touch and I'll do my best to help you out.

Drinks Reception Music:

This is the part of your day where your wedding guests get to relax and chill out after your ceremony and it generally lasts about 2 hours. You'll more than likely be out getting photographs taken so a good part of this you'll end up missing I'm afraid! I can play upbeat or chilled out music and what I play will very much depend on the vibe and how many guests are there. If most of the guests are still outside and haven't made it to the Champagne reception room it's probably more suitable to play something more laid back. I'll pick it up then and play something more lively when the room gets busier. Don't worry the music will be loud enough for the guests to hear but it won't have any impact on their conversation!

Banquet Music

After the actual marriage ceremony this is the main event of every wedding! There is so much planning and thought needed for the meal when you have to consider the table plan, your menu, what type of chair covers you need and the type of flowers you'd like as centrepieces on the tables. When you're going to this much effort for your meal why not add to the occasion with some lovely background music that will compliment the delicious food that is being served. Music and food-there's not a better combo!!
